------------------------------ A short introduction
My name is Evelyne and I am a book cover designer based in Belgium (Europe). I am specialized in fantasy and dark genres. I combine stock photography with 3D stock and digital painting for creating your original book cover design. I implemented this questionnaire for new custom cover bookings or series continuations, to make things a bit easier. After you filled-out this form, I will get in touch with you via email with a custom price quote and informing you when a custom slot is available. At this moment I have a limited number of custom slots.

------------------------------ Paying for your custom project through PayPal
A 50% deposit is required in advance. With the final approval, the balance needs to be paid. After payment was done in full, you will receive the book cover in .jpg or .png optimized for online selling (ebook) and/or high resolution pdf (for printing - if included in the package you ordered).

FULL WRAP BACK: if you need a paperback, do you need additional characters to be on the back of your covers (if so, how many)? This can be another character from your book that is not on the front cover or even the same character as on the front cover, but in another pose, another angle face, etc ... For Amazon paperbacks: please provide me with the necessary information such as desired format of the paperback, spine size (or total amount pages of your book) and the desired paper you wish to use (see Amazon template creator). If you don't need a paperback, please answer 'Not applicable' *
