Full-Time Virtual School Registration Form
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Mountain Brook Schools will offer a virtual learning option for all students during the 2020-2021 school year. The purpose of this form is to allow parents or guardians of MBS students to register their intent to enroll their child in full-time virtual school for the school year's first semester. Students who enroll in virtual school may choose to continue or return to traditional school at the beginning of the second semester.

Virtual learning will be designed and taught by Mountain Brook teachers who will have access to all Mountain Brook resources, including Schools PLP and ACCESS. All content meets Mountain Brook learning standards and requirements. Please complete one (1) form for every student you want to register for full-time virtual school.
