The first day participants will be trained in design thinking by going through SFUSD's iLab design thinking process and reflecting on its relevance to their work. The second day participants will practice facilitating components of the process and prepare to tackle a challenge of their choosing. Participants are strongly encouraged to attend both sessions to become familiar with the process.

I have extensive experience with SFUSD's ilab process and can only attend the second session only, March 21st, 4:30-7:30.
