CCC 2026 Travel Support
In addition to filling out the form below, you will need to have your advisor or department chair send a short letter of support, which also describes the availability of other travel funds. Note: Specifics about alternative funding are very helpful. Statements like 'funding is tight' are not very helpful. This letter should be sent to by email to ccc2026travel@gmail.com with subject line "support letter for [your name]". This is very important. Your application is not complete without this letter.

This form and the email from your advisor must be received by July 13, 2026 (11:59pm PDT). Late applications will not be accepted. You will be notified about your status no later than July 16.
