A signed contract and date holds deposit (half total) must be received to reserve your date(s) and time (s).
The balance of your space rental is due Two weeks prior to your event.
Miscellaneous cost such as equipment rentals, is due two weeks before event.
Any additional cost that arises will be due within five days of your event.
To cancel your event, you must send a cancellation email to firstname.lastname@example.org two weeks prior to your event. NO refund will be granted after that two weeks, as this may have cost the loss of additional bookings or business.
Your application will be reviewed by our Space Rental Coordinator. If your application is selected and approved, you will be contacted and scheduled to come into our office to sign a contract.
