The Harry M. Cornell Arts & Entertainment Complex is collaboratively managed and operated by two distinct nonprofit organizations: Connect2Culture (C2C) and Spiva Center for the Arts (Spiva). Each organization oversees different spaces within the facility:

- C2C spaces are managed exclusively by C2C.
- Spiva spaces are managed exclusively by Spiva.
- Jointly managed spaces are coordinated by both C2C and Spiva.

Please note that rental agreements, billing, and communication will reflect this management structure. Depending on your rental needs, you may interact with one or both organizations.
