Volunteer Opportunities
Paint Events: We organize paint events at Senior Centers/Assisted Living, Animal Shelters, Artist Gallery at the Everett Mall, and other community places from Pierce to Skagit Counties. Volunteers are needed to set up, organize the event, help community painters, and clean up.
Farmers Markets (Summers): We have booths at the Everett FM (Sundays), Lake Stevens, (Wednesdays), Snohomish (Thursdays) Volunteers are needed to raise awareness of shelter animals, sell paint kits and portraits, and greet the public to share our story.
Artist Gallery & Store at Everett Mall: We have a gallery at the Everett Mall where animal portraits are displayed for purchase. Volunteers are needed to interact with the public to raise awareness and paint while doing it.
Area Paint Galleries: We have many galleries from Puyallup to Marysville. Volunteers are needed to assist with the maintenance and rotation of our painted portraits that are on sale at the galleries.
Special Events: With Covid-19 restrictions easing, we can start planning other events at local festivals, at animal shelters, food drives, and more that haven't been scheduled. Volunteers are needed to take lead with organization, while other volunteer can help at the event.
Sketchers: Our artists pre-sketch the canvass that will be painted by an interest person. Volunteers are needed to sketch and ink shelter animals onto the canvases.
Behind the Scenes: There are many things behind the scene to do very important tasks to help our events run smoothly. Volunteers are needed for things like filling out Paint Kit bags, filling paint bottles, delivering items from one place to another, etc.
