Join Our Library!
Groton and Stonington residents may choose the Mystic & Noank Library as their primary library and register for a card at the circulation desk (this includes part-time residents). Patrons must provide proof of residency and a photo ID. These cards are valid for three years. 

As an Association Library the Mystic & Noank Library is happy to provide anyone a "Local Use Only Card" for more information about this, please see our full Circulation Policy.  Please do not apply for a local use only card online, these will only be processed in person. 

There is no cost to obtain a library card, nor is there a fee for lost or expired cards, but we always accept donations! 

After submitting the following form, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your request. Once your application has been processed, you will receive an email with your library card number, which will be valid for 3 months. You must pick up your card within that time period. Exceptions will be made, as needed. Please email to our Head of Borrower's Services.

Our open hours are: 

Monday-Wednesday 10am-7pm
Thursday-Saturday 10am-5pm
