HOW IT WORKS:
- Sessions are held in my office or online via zoom.. We'll work specifically on your health goals using best breathing practices to improve your health. This is highly-individualized and designed to help you get the most benefits in the least amount of time possible.
PREPARE FOR CLASS:
- If using your laptop or phone, put it on silent or mute all notifications. If the class is in person, turn off your phone or switch it to silent mode.
- Avoid caffeine or sugar just before our session.
- Schedule 30 minutes uninterrupted.
