Do you have art that communicates science? Or science-inspired art? Here’s your chance to share your creativity AND expertise with other science communication practitioners, facilitators, and professionals.
At SCIENCE TALK '20 “building bridges” is key. We are now accepting poster proposals for SCIENCE TALK '20, March 26–27 in Portland, Oregon.
The deadline to submit art proposals is November 30, 2019 at 11:59pm.

We are really excited to hear about your proposed art content! Information you share in this section (Science-Themed Art Information) may be shared publicly via on social medial, the conference website, or in other conference-related materials.

Whether or not artists can sell their artwork this year has not yet been decided by the Program Committee. We will contact those interested in selling their science-themed art once a decision has been made.
The SCIENCE TALK '20 theme is “Building Bridges” - please think about how your presentation will fit into this theme. The poster and art session will be in the Crystal Ballroom at the end of the first day of the conference as part of the evening social event.
Whether or not artists can sell their artwork this year has not yet been decided by the Program Committee. We anticipate that we'll accommodate selling of items for a small fee, and we’ll offer a separate opportunity for vendors who only want to sell items but NOT attend the conference.
All poster and art presenters MUST REGISTER for the conference.

I also understand that any personal information entered into this form will not be made public, but be used by SCIENCE TALK for review and contact purposes. Finally, I understand that SCIENCE TALK will ultimately make all programming determinations, and if my proposal is chosen I will act in a timely and helpful manner to ensure a successful session.
