This form is to be used for ALL Aerodrome Customers requesting the services of a Private Figure Skating Coach for first time skaters & beginner Lessons Snowplows, Basic 1-6, Beginner adults). The fees for private lessons are paid directly to coaches. (usually cash, check, Zelle and Venmo) A Learn to Skate Coach charge between $38 -$52 for 30 minutes. Coaches' rates are based on experience and qualifications. All instructors are qualified by Skate USA or USFS (United States Figure Skating Association)

Once completed this form will go to Mark Poole (Skating Director). He will then send the information contained in this form to an appropriate coach who will contact you directly.
