Booth Library Trivia Night Sign-Up
The deadline to sign up is October 25.
Only one member from each team needs to submit the form.


Registration fees can be paid via Venmo (@hpa-uofi), Paypal or even in person on the day of. Please note that you will not be officially registered as a team until the registration fees have been received.

Teams are responsible for arranging their own transportation to the event.
