In order to facilitate online learning, either through the hybrid or remote models being utilized by the district, we would like to adequately provide resources for our students to learn utilizing technology we have available at Southern Delaware School of the arts. Please take a moment to respond to the survey below so we can ensure we have distributed technology appropriately. Please note, that the following criteria must be met to be considered for chromebook distribution:

1. Student does not have access to a suitable device during the instructional day. Examples of suitable devices include chromebook, laptops, desktops and/or tablets.
2. Student has access to reliable internet during instructional day.
3. A device has been lent out to the student previously and has been returned to the school/district.

Please be sure to list the names of all students enrolled at SDSA that would be in need of a device.
