For this study, we’re specifically looking for adults who own an Apple Watch and who are not getting at least 150 minutes of exercise per week.
If you enroll, we'll ask you to wear your Apple Watch consistently for 6 weeks and share the activity data with us. We'll also ask you to fill out some surveys for us before and after a 4-week exercise challenge. The 4-week program includes daily prompts to encourage you to get your body moving, with options to choose from a variety of fun physical activity suggestions!
In return, we'll provide gift cards to thank you for your time. You'll also get 6 months of ongoing access to the Activerse physical activity content absolutely free!
