Site Size - 3m x 3m, $800 or 3m x 6m, $1200
Cost: $600, $800 or $1200 - 100% payment required to secure site placement
Sites numbers are limited and locations will be allocated based on individual requirements e.g. electrical and water and applications completed in full. Therefore, when you request a specific location as this cannot be guaranteed.
The Festival selects and programs vendor stalls to ensure that vital, varied and high quality products sourced locally (wherever possible) are on our offer for over 2,500 Festival patrons. With this in mind, we will use our discretion to choose vendors according to the type and quality of their products. As such, please note acceptance of your application will be based on the following vendor criteria:
South Australian business onlyWhere possible ingredients/products must be sourced from within South AustraliaFranchises or ‘Pyramid’ businesses are not encouraged to applyLiquor Vendors
If you wish to be considered as a liquor vendor you will need to apply for a liquor licence. Please submit this application back to the Festival Team.
Payment - A Tax Invoice will be sent back to you. Once all complete applications and payments have been received a site checklist and all the bump in information you need will be sent to you closer to the date.
Non refundable deposit of 30% upon confirmation of contract. Remainder due Friday December 1st, 2017.
