The Diversity Office encourages applications for programs of all types, and is particularly interested in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, through funding student organization sponsored events and opportunities that enrich our academic community.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE THREE SEPARATE CATEGORIES FOR FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES THIS YEAR:
Diversity
Week Funding—for programing proposals for organization events to take place during Diversity Week (January 30th through February 2nd).
Professional Development Funding—for programming that majorly promotes diverse and first-generation student
networking opportunities and mentored professional relationships. Priority given to projects and programming that connect
diverse students with diverse professionals.
General
Funding—for programming and organizations that promote diversity, equity,
and inclusion in the legal field and/or improve diverse student outcomes and
access to the legal field. Priority
given to projects that encourage collaboration between student organizations.
