Sanctuary: Art + Honors Reception Volunteers
Our LGBTQ+ Art Show will open with a special reception on Thursday, September 14th! To make that happen, we need volunteers! Below are volunteer roles for prep and night of help.

Clearing Out Main Sanctuary Space - Sunday, Sept 10th after Worship - Up to 10 Volunteers needed to take existing art off the walls, clearing out stacks of chairs and getting the space ready to hang the show

Helping to Hang the Show - September 11-13 (Exact Time TBD) - Help our art professor friends hang up art that has been submitted - 3-5 Volunteers needed

Reception Set Up - September 14th, 4pm-7pm - 5-7 volunteers needed to help Steering Committee get the space ready

Reception Sound Tech - September 14th, 6pm - 9pm - 1-2 volunteers with previous knowledge of the sound board

Reception Check-In Table - September 14th, 6pm - 9pm - 2-3 volunteers to check in ticketed guests, sell at-the-door tickets, take other donations (Brenda Weaver will be there to help!)

Food Servers/Checkers - September 14th, 6:30pm-10:00pm - 3-5 volunteers to refill food trays and drinks as needed, be in contact with caterer.

Photographer - September 14th, 7:00pm-10:00pm - 2-3 volunteers to take pictures during the reception

Reception Clean-Up - September 14th, 9:30pm-11:00pm - up to 7-10 volunteers to help Steering Committee clean up and lock up.
