During the Winter months we are open to tours Monday-Friday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Following the Victoria Day long weekend we will be open to tours Tuesday-Saturday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Admission prices are as follows:
Adults: $10.00 (after tax)
Students/Seniors (55+): $9.00 (after tax)
Upon arrival, someone will give you a brief introduction to the museum, African Nova Scotian history, the replica church and how to use the kiosks. You will then be free to roam the museum - a visit typically lasts 25-45 minutes depending on your interest in watching and reading all the video and content.
Group bookings smaller than 10 do not require a tour booking.
Due to limited museum space groups larger than 50 should call us to arrange their tours and should be prepared to split into two groups.
Group reservations can be made for a MAXIMUM of 2 hours (except in special circumstances).
We accept debit/credit/apple pay and google pay as payment, we do not accept cash. If you require invoicing please contact us directly. Receipts are available upon payment in person.
No photos, food or drink are allowed inside the museum.
