Yoga and Meditation Experience
The specifics of this section are not super crucial, and don't worry- it doesn't interfere with your registration. I just want to get an idea of where you're at so I can tailor our daily classes to meet everyone's needs, particular levels of experience and personal preferences.
How long have you been practicing yoga?
I've never done it, but I really want to start.

What's your experience with meditation?
I've never done it. Have no interest.
I want to do it and I've tried, but I don't think I'm doing it right.
I've done it before, really like it, but struggle with staying consistent with it.
Meditation is the bees knees and I keep a regular practice of it.
