2018/2019 Arizona Planning Mentorship Program Application
Please fill out this form to be registered for the Arizona Planning Mentorship Program to be a planning professional mentor.

After you apply, we will review the applications and pair students with planning professionals. Please note that depending on the number of planning professionals that sign up for the program, there is a chance that not all students will be paired with a mentor. APPLICATION DEADLINE IS EXTENDED TO NOVEMBER 30, 2018. Mentorship connections will be announced in December!

Below is the program schedule:

WINTER BREAK
Students email or call mentor and introduce themselves and their interest
Connect on LinkedIn

SPRING SEMESTER
January 2019: Kickoff Event at ASU
February 2019: Visit mentor's office and meet their colleagues
March 2019: Community Service Event organized by the mentorship program
April 2019: Attend a professional meeting with your mentor, go to coffee or lunch, attend a public meeting or another event of your mentor's choosing
