We conducted a global survey in 2023 on how organisations manage and consolidate corporate accommodation costs across Business Travel and Global Mobility.

This offered valuable insights into how organisations were managing accommodation spend across different functions. Since then, several new programmes and RFPs have emerged that combine Global Mobility and Business Travel budgets, with a strong focus on duty of care, cost optimisation, and employee experience.

In 2025, we are launching a follow-up global survey to analyse how these priorities have evolved since 2023 and to understand the ongoing trends in policy, collaboration, sustainability, and spend management.
