1) Economic Status - Ability to pay for training on their own
2) Need for Healing - Health of individual applicant or family member of the applicant in need of healing
3) Purpose - Why do you feel Reiki is the path to assist you or your loved ones
4) Your Story - Share with us your personal story so we can understand more about you and your situation
