If you would like your child to gain more confidence, develop improved public speaking skills, grow to appreciate new literature, develop creative imagination and most importantly have fun working solo and also in a small group these classes are for them!!
Classes will include looking at all aspects of Speech and Drama including poetry, mime, improvisation, speech development and also all aspects of Acting including solo monologues, duologues, group plays, stage craft, character development and vocal technique.
Students will be able to progress through graded exams in both Speech & Drama and Acting through Trinity College London.
Trinity College London Level 3 qualifications (Grades 6-8) are included in the UK UCAS tariff to go towards entry to university.
*Private One to One lessons are also available in both speech & drama/acting and singing (VERY LIMITED AVAILABILITY)
*Private Lessons can also be booked on occasions coming up to exams/feis/auditions etc - subject to availability
Group Classes available on THURSDAYS at Altnaveigh House (Returning January 11th);
- Introduction to Speech & Drama (Primary 1 - Primary 3) @ 3pm - 4pm
- Speech & Drama/Acting Group Class (Primary 4 - Primary 7) 4pm - 5pm
- Speech & Drama/Acting Group Class (1st Year - 4th Year) 5pm - 6pm
