Vendor Registration - Live & Local Roots Fest 2017
Please fill out this form if you or your organization is interested in participating in the Live & Local: Roots Fest on Saturday, September 23, 2017. Live & Local: Roots Fest is a music and arts festival that celebrates the best in local talent and brings the community together on Hillsborough Street.

COST*:
- $35.00 for 10x10 and $65.00 for 20x10 for those not selling
- $90 for 10x10 and $175 for 20x10 for those who are selling
- $200 for food trucks and large volume food vendors

- NC State or Meredith College Student Org or Campus Department (limited space available)
- Local non-profit (limited space available)
- NC State Campus Farmers' Market vendor (limited space available)

- Balance is due prior to the event. We accept checks made to: HSCSC. Mail or deliver checks to 2416 Hillsborough Street. Call us for credit card payments: (919) 800-0135 ext. 2

- Food Vendors needing a Wake County TFE permit must submit their application to the Food Vendor Coordinator no later than Monday, August 28 at 5PM. For more information please visit http://www.wakegov.com/food/festivals/Pages/tfe.aspx or contact Laura Lerch at the Wake County Health Department 919-856-6609 or email TFE.permits@wakegov.com.

- Food Trucks needing power MUST submit a photo of their plug to vendor@hillsboroughstreet.org, or their application will not be considered! We provide generated power for food trucks. Food trucks will not be allowed to use their generators.

- ALL FOOD TRUCKS need to be inspected prior to the event by our team. Contact vendor@hillsboroughstreet.org for details.

- No tables or chairs or tents will be provided.
