Production
- Le projet « The Sum / Nous Aurons » (ci-après nommé «PROJET») est initié par Hugo Nadeau (ci-après nommé «ARTISTE»).
- Le PROJET est un jeu artistique utopique-dystopique composé, sans s’y limiter, d’un jeu vidéo, de matériel multimédia et d’activités de diffusion (comme des expositions ou des projections). Le PROJET est notamment soutenu par le Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec.
Conditions de participation
- Je comprends que l’enregistrement de ma voix sera utilisé dans le cadre du PROJET.
- Je cède irrévocablement et exclusivement à l’ARTISTE tous les droits, incluant les droits d’auteurs, sur l’enregistrement de ma voix dans le cadre du PROJET, le tout sans aucune limite de temps, de lieu, de support et de média.
Je comprends que :
- le PROJET sera mis en ligne et le public pourra le consulter;
- j'autorise le montage et la reproduction de mon enregistrement par quelques méthode ou média que ce soit par les producteurs du PROJET;
- l'ARTISTE n'a pas d'obligation à utiliser mon matériel;
- l’intention de l’ARTISTE n’est pas d’utiliser mon enregistrement à des fins qui seraient préjudiciables à mon honneur et à ma réputation.
Rémunération
- Je comprends que ma participation au projet se fait sur une base volontaire et que je n’aurai aucune rémunération pour ma participation au PROJET.
- Je comprends que pour souligner ma participation au projet l’ARTISTE s’engage à m’offrir un paquet de remerciements. Le contenu de ce paquet sera à la discrétion de l’ARTISTE.
Identification
- Je comprends que mon identité et des informations de contact seront partagées avec l’équipe du PROJET. Ces informations resteront confidentielles.

Production
- The project "The Sum / Nous Aurons" (hereafter called "PROJECT") is initiated by Hugo Nadeau (hereafter called "ARTIST").
- The PROJECT is a utopian-dystopian art game composed of, but not limited to, a video game, multimedia material and cultural outreach activities (such as exhibitions or screenings). The PROJECT is supported by the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec.
Conditions of participation
- I understand that the recording of my voice will be used in the PROJECT.
- I irrevocably and exclusively assign to the ARTIST all rights, including copyrights, to the recording of my voice in the context of the PROJECT, without any limit of time, place, medium or media.
I understand that:
- the PROJECT will be made available online for public viewing;
- I authorize the editing and reproduction of my recording by any method or media by the producers of the PROJECT;
- the ARTIST has no obligation to use my material;
- it is not the intention of the ARTIST to use my recording for any purpose that would be detrimental to my honour and reputation.
Remuneration
- I understand that my participation in the Project is voluntary and that I will not be compensated for my participation in the PROJECT.
- I understand that in recognition of my participation in the project, the ARTIST will provide me with a thank you package. The content of this package will be at the discretion of the ARTIST.
Identification
- I understand that my identity and contact information will be shared with the PROJECT team. This information will remain confidential.
