Executive Assistant @ Aleph VC
We are looking for an executive assistant to Michael Eisenberg
First and foremost, this is an administrative role. You should be willing to perform intense administration and logistical tasks (85%-90% of the role is logistics and administration).
What will you do?
* Tough and complex scheduling - you’ll need to always be one step ahead of Michael and help him stay on top of his busy schedule
* Business and personal travel planning
* Event planning and production within time and budget limits: Organize facilities and manage all event details such as decor, catering, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment etc.
* Support personal and family matters
* Research different topics, such as new trends in technology and the sectors they are impacting
* Prepare briefs for meetings

This isn’t an investment role or deal sourcing position. Aleph does not have analyst / associate / principal roles. This is a purely administrative role.
The successful candidate will:
* Be a discrete, sharp and fast learner, highly-organized and detail-oriented
* Create a trust based working relationship
* The role requires high availability and flexible working hours as Michael spends much of his time abroad and you will be required to support him while he is on different time zones
* A direct communicator and hard worker
* Have perfect English and Hebrew (both written and verbal)
* Be able to independently prioritize and execute a very long to-do list
* Have a “can-do” positive approach to work and life
* Be a multi-tasker, as there is always something happening at Aleph
* Be a team player and be willing to assist other Aleph members
* Have previous experience working in a high-demand, fast-paced work environment
* Basic knowledge of Salesforce or Microsoft Excel is a plus
