Γενική περιγραφή του προγράμματος:
The aim is to connect youth workers from across Europe to explores the theme of 'art' in Youth Work. The seminar will address the complexities of creating, participating and viewing art within the youth work environment. It will provide and develop strategies, solutions and discussions as well as supporting workers to seek new ways to develop new partners, reach new, greater audiences and participation for arts within Youth Work.
What are its objectives?
- To build on existing strengths within our organization around arts in youth work.  
- to link artists and cultural practitioners to youth workers to sustain and develop cultural praxis in youth work
- To promote personal development for workers with a view to colloborate, innovate and improve the quality of the arts experience in youth work
- To mapping arts practices in youth work across Europe and build networks of international contacts

Γενική περιγραφή του προγράμματος:
This 7 days volunteer management training course has as main goal to build professional development of youth workers (like you), equipping them with competences and methods needed for transferring the common fundamental values of our society and preventing violent radicalisation of young people especially those who are marginalized as well as young migrants. The activities are highly interactive and with a participative approach. The training will be in English language.
Through this Training Course, we want to:
 Share methods and skills of including young people in community service and volunteering (especially young marginalized people), through taking part in workshops based on active participation and sharing good practices;
 Improve your volunteer management skills, through case studies, supervision and expert input of experienced volunteer managers;
 Get you more prepared to transfer the common fundamental values of our society to young people, through discussions, brainstorming and simulations exercises.
 Help you acquire methods and skills on noticing and preventing radicalization of young people, through expert inputs, discussion and practical challenges;

The theme will be dealt with interactive thematic sessions, creative and interactive activities, public meetings and games that will test critical, analytical and creative skills.
WCW is based on non-formal education methods. Participants will compare experiences and different cultural backgrounds, improving writing, visual and digital skills through a conscious use of web 2.0 tools.
