Hermann Hospital COVID-19 Vaccine Signup
Hermann Hospital and Clinics as well as Gasconade County Health Department are continuing to give COVID-19 vaccines, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Typically we vaccinate 100-1200 people at each vaccination clinic, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we coordinate these events.

PLEASE do not call the hospital or clinics to sign up for a vaccination. Like all organizations, we are being overwhelmed with people asking about vaccination. Inquiries we do receive will be directed to leave contact here. Our hope had been to transition to scheduling most people through the Missouri Navigator Registration, but until they work out a few more kinks, we’re going to continue to use our contact list.

Currently eligible individuals in the state of Missouri for COVID-19 Vaccination include:
Phase 1A - Health Care Workers and Long-Term Care Facility Residents and Staff
Phase 1B - Tier 1: First Responders, Emergency Services, and Public Health Infrastructure
Phase 1B - Tier 2: High-Risk Individuals:
Anyone aged 65 and older
Adults with the following conditions:
Cancer
Chronic Kidney Disease
COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease)
Intellectual and/or developmental disabilities such as Down syndrome
Heart Conditions such as heart failure, CAD (coronary artery disease) or cardiomyopathies
Immunocompromised state from solid organ transplant
Severe Obesity (BMI >40kg/m2)
Pregnancy
Sickle Cell Disease
Type II Diabetes Mellitus

Beginning March 15, we will be allowed to vaccinate:
Phase 1B – Tier 3: Critical Infrastructure:
Education
Childcare
Communications Infrastructure
Dams Sector
Energy Sector
Food & Agriculture Sector 1
Government
Information Technology
Nuclear Reactor Sector
Transportation Systems
Water and Wastewater Systems

If you are not sure of your eligibility category, please contact your healthcare provider if you think you might qualify due to a health condition, or your employer/representative if you think you might qualify based on your job/employment.

We are requesting zip codes so that we can prioritize people in our geographic area, but routinely need a few people to complete our clinics, and encourage individuals who are able/willing to travel to submit their information to us.

Individuals interested in vaccination, but not currently eligible, are also welcome to leave their information, but will not be contacted until their phase/tier becomes eligible.

Tips for increasing your chance of being selected for a vaccine clinic:

PLEASE be sure to give good working number(s) that we are likely to reach you (or someone who has your permission to schedule you for an appointment) during normal business hours. We have MANY people we call who do not answer. Each time we call, but do not reach you, we will leave a message (if there is voicemail or answering machine) noting that we have called to offer you a vaccine appointment. On our 3rd failed attempt to reach you: 1) we will leave a message that we will not be calling back, 2) your name will be removed from our list and 3) you are invited to re-submit your information with a better way to reach you.

PLEASE do not re-submit your name (unless you are updating your information/tier or we’ve missed you on 3 call attempts). We spend a lot of time maintaining this database and carefully review all submitted data. Some people have submitted their names MANY times. When identical data is submitted, the oldest data entry is deleted. Within each tier and geographic region, we call the “oldest” submitted contacts first...this results in people who frequently resubmit their data being continually moved to the end of the line.
