Set-up requirements (Note: electricity and one 8' table per 10x10 booth, two tables per 10x20 booth are provided at no additional cost)
All booths must be set-up no later than 10am Saturday, October 5th when the show opens. There will be access to the hall for set-up from 8am to 5pm on Friday, the 4th. The loading area does not accommodate more than 2-3 vendor vehicles at one time, so we request your cooperation to allow everyone a chance to have access. Traditions and Beyond is a quilt show open to the public for the purpose of exhibiting, teaching and promoting quilting and fiber arts. Booth availability is first come, first served. TCQG reserves the right to decline any vendor whose products are not deemed suitable for sale at the event, or whose past participation is known to be a poor fit.

You will receive an email from google.com confirming submission of this form. Your final confirmation will be sent by email from puprazer@gmail.com once we receive your payment. If we are full at the time we receive your payment you will be given the option to be on our waiting list. Your check for payment will be held at that time, but it will be returned if you do not wish to be on the waiting list or we cannot accommodate you. Your completed application is considered a commitment to show. If an unforeseen need requires you to withdraw please notify us as soon as possible. If we are able to fill your space with another vendor we will refund your payment in full.
