**The EmpowerMinds Program offers a safe space for young individuals aged 13 to 17 and 18 to 26 who are survivors of human trafficking or at-risk youth (all youth are at risk in society). Our travel-based program provides holistic, trauma-informed mental health support through both in-person and hybrid format. What truly sets us apart is our dedication to a holistic approach that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. EmpowerMinds is dedicated to fostering resilience and empowering our youth to rise above their past and build a brighter future.
