Once a year, serial killers from all over the world descend on Paris for a grand weekend of revelry to connect, reminisce, and compare their achievements of the year.

Some killers pride themselves on numbers, others on style, some are happy to meet up with friends. Killing can be a lonely business, but at the Serial Killer's Ball, you'll find you have more friends than you think, and that love can bloom in the most unexpected places.

Eleven authors come together to bring you tales of love and blood in this serial killer romance series. Unleash your Darkest Desires and join us in January-June 2025.

By reading an advance copy manuscript for an author of the Darkest Desires series, you are acknowledging that every book is copyrighted material protected by US/UK copyright law. Further, by accepting a manuscript of an author of the Darkest Desires series' book, you agree that you will not distribute, copy, or share your copy of each book with any person or entity without prior written consent from the author of the Darkest Desires series. If it is discovered that you have violated this agreement, the author reserves all legal rights to it, including pursuing legal action for breach of contract which may claim damages including, but not limited to, lost profits caused by the violative distribution.

Each ARC will be sent two weeks before the official release date, with reviews on Review Websites such as Goodreads, Bookbub, and Storygraph to be in by the release date, and reviews on Amazon to be in a week after the release.

This is for a written review, not just a star rating.

You'll also be sent a review form to share links of your review to be entered into a prize draw where you can win Amazon vouchers and paperbacks of the books you've reviewed.

Each book will contain potentially triggering content, especially gore. The authors have listed triggers to their book descriptions (Q13), but more may be added further down the line.

You'll be informed about all the specific triggers for each book before the release of the ARC and you're completely free to pull out of the ARC team if you know the content will upset you. You can also pick a different book in the season if that's the case.
