This form captures the necessary information to register and also make your hotel reservations for arrival to and departure from the Board of Directors Convention scheduled for April 5, 2025. The DEADLINE for hotel reservations is Wednesday February 19, 2025, however, we will continue collecting reservation data and book hotel rooms until our room block is full. If there are any special requests, please include that information below.

The BOD budget will cover 2 nights of hotel rooms for MEC Officers, and each LEC President. All other hotel nights will be charged to your Local or MEC.
