Education and Coaching Services: Sexuality, Relationship, and Authenticity
Sexuality and relationship education and coaching helps people gain the information, skills and motivation to make healthy decisions about sex, sexuality, and interpersonal relationships.  Authenticity education and coaching helps people express their authentic selves and act with agency throughout their lives.

In engaging me, you understand that I can help you with:

- identifying your sexuality or creativity goals
- guidance to find more pleasure in your life, loving your body, and empowering yourself
- motivational support, suggestions, and self-work between sessions
- assistance to keep you motivated around your goals
- creative activities to help work through goals
- support through 1:1 sessions and workshops
- help identifying resources and community support.

Sexuality and relationship education and coaching is NOT therapy.  I cannot give advice or tell you what to do. I believe you carry the resources you need inside yourself and I will act as a guide to help navigate those desires.

I am not a licensed counselor or therapist; my services will NOT include:

Psychotherapy — if I think you may benefit from a licensed psychotherapist or a sex therapist, I will help you navigate the steps to find one.  This includes if I believe you experience unresolved trauma.  If you share information that leads me to believe you have unresolved trauma, I will insist that you also engage the help of a qualified professional in addition to working with me.

Crisis interventions — severe emotional dysregulation, suicidal ideation or self-harm, and therapeutic work around mental health diagnoses are all out of my scope of experience and education.  If you share information that leads me to believe you are experiencing any of these issues, I must insist that we cease working together until you have received appropriate care.  
Session Rates
Sessions may take place in person, via telephone, or via web conferencing services.

Discovery Calls help us determine if we're a good fit to work together and take 15-30 minutes.  The amount paid will be applied toward your future sessions, and is non-refundable in the case of late cancellation or no-show.

Couple $67

Initial sessions take from 60-75 (individual) to 90-105 (couple) minutes, and perhaps more in the case of triads or polycules.

Often, if I am recommending multiple sessions, I will offer you a bundled rate reflecting a discount for the number of sessions I believe we'll need.  The terms will be clearly spelled out in my offer.

I passionately believe in equity of opportunity, and do everything I can to make working with me financially accessible.  I offer payment plans for one-on-one sessions, and for workshops or classes I also offer scholarships and sliding scale rates. Late Attendance, Late Cancellation, and No Show
Missed or late canceled sessions (less than 24 hours prior to your appointment) are charged a cancellation fee at the full session rate.  Of course, emergency situations do arise and if advised of a personal situation, I will determine if I am able to waive that cancellation fee.

If a client is more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled session, without notice, the session will be considered a late canceled session.  The client will be charged the cancellation fee described above.  Please contact me regarding your delay to discuss options as soon as you recognize you will be late.
Payment, Satisfaction Guarantee, and Refund Policy
Payment options will be provided in your offer email, however, generally payment is expected in advance of each session.  Bundled services are expected to be paid in advance as outlined in the offer.  

If you complete a virtual class or workshop with me and are unsatisfied for any reason, I will return any monies paid minus your deposit, upon request within 30 days of the final class session. Note this means the course must be completed - refunds are not given if you do not attend live sessions and make an effort at completing the work. Deposits are non-refundable. In the case of one-on-one private virtual education sessions, a 15-30 minute Discovery call is charged at $47 or $67 to determine if we are a good fit to work together; this fee is applied toward your future sessions. Agreeing to my subsequent proposal and submitting payment per our agreement constitutes your deposit for the purposes of this policy.
Emergencies
If you have an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.  My services are not able to assist you with emergencies.  Our sessions can resume once your emergency situation has been resolved.

Please understand that I am often unable to answer my phone due to the nature of my work.  I will not answer a phone call, email, or text if engaged with another client.  I make every effort to return your call, text, or email on the same day excluding weekends and holidays.  You will be advised if I plan to be unavailable on weekdays (planned vacations).  If your phone number is unfamiliar to be, it will be routed directly to voicemail - please do leave one.  If you need to phone and are unsure if it will be routed to voicemail, please text me first.
