Day-of Festival Information

When: Saturday, August 1st | 3 PM to 9:30 PM
Where: The Concourse Park (200 Benton Blvd Kansas City, MO 64123)
Volunteer Meet-Up Area: To be shared with volunteers upon form completion.

Volunteer Information
  • Water and air conditioning will be available at the festival. We encourage you to bring a reusable water bottle!
  • Food trucks will have food available for purchase.
  • Each volunteer will receive a t-shirt that must be worn during all volunteer shifts.
  • Volunteers are welcome to one beverage from the indoor VIP area.
