Please list AZ State PTA related activities from previous board meeting as well as your plan moving forward to achieve your goals in your plan of work. It must be received within 5 days of the General Meeting. Board reports are part of good standing requirements for all board officers.

If you are a new board member, list the date taking office or appointed, and any activities, if any, that you have been involved in related to your board position.

You must submit a report even if you will not be attending the meeting.
