When you know why you choose to prioritize exercise and other healthy habits into your life, the tough days where you may otherwise choose to skip a workout, make a food choice that won't serve your body quite as positively, or wallow in the reasons why it is easier to not prioritize all aspects of our well being become a non issue. When we have connected to our why and made a healthy lifestyle non-negotiable we also don't have to worry about having those negative internal conversations with ourselves when we make a choice that just does not serve us. I am not talking perfection here. We are talking balance or flow, and resilience.
