Applications are event/date specific for the above mentioned date only.
Applications must be filled out each time for every new date/show.
Booth fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
This application is for Saturday, October 25th (from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.*) at Triangle Park (4660 Triangle Ave) for Dogtoberfest - a pet-centric Flea. Priority booth placement given to pet-related vendors.
(collars/leashes, trainers, pet clothes, pet portraits, veterinarian services, grooming, pet food/treats, etc.)

Applications must be filled out by each vendor. If you want to share a space with another vendor, make note of that in the "Additional Information" space.
Each vendor must fill out their own application.
There is a $10 fee per vendor for splitting a booth.
Artist applications due September 19th, 2025 by 5:00pm.
Acceptance/Denial notices will be sent by September 23rd.
The application will remain open after the deadline until spaces are filled.
Back up Applications will be accepted after an event is full.
If a space opens and you are accepted into the show, the booth fee payment will be required within 24 hours of billing.
All booths are outdoors with booth dimensions being: 10'x10' or 8'x8' outdoor spaces as well as some 4'x6', 6'x6' and 4'x8' (partially shaded) spaces. Vendors in 8'x8' or 10'x10' spaces must provide their own 10'x10' tent or vendor umbrella and minimum of 100 lbs of attachable tent weights.
Weights must be attached to the tent with tie downs or velcro straps (not bungee cords).
Vendors in 4'x6', 6'x6' or 4'x8' spaces can bring a vendor umbrella and weights if you like.

Booth payment is due within 3 days of notification. Payments not received in that timeframe are subject to booth cancellation.
Due to the Texas Comptroller oversight, we require all vendors to posses and display in their booth a Texas Sales & Use Permit. A picture of your permit is required to vend and must be displayed at all time. You will be sent home without refund if you do not display your permit. (Your permit can be saved to your phone for easy access when asked to show it.)
Pictures of your booth set up/display and permit are required to participate in the Austin Flea if you have not vended with us in 2025.
