Join our chronic pain community
People living with chronic pain are experts on their own conditions.

We are a consortium of neuroscience and engineering research teams based at the University of Cambridge (www.noxlab.org) and University of Oxford (www.seymourlab.com). Our research aims to understand and help develop non-pharmacological treatment for chronic pain conditions. We operate research panels via Zoom and online surveys to speak with people living with chronic pain and their carers, so that we can share our research findings and plans, and gain input from those with lived experience to shape our research.

Please fill in this form if you are either living with a pain condition, or caring for someone living with a pain condition, and would be interested in participating in research panels, surveys, and/or research studies.

You can contact us directly by emailing painlab-study@eng.cam.ac.uk

We will store your information in a private database, accessible only to members of our research group, in order to contact you with opportunities relating to our research, both online and in person. All your personal information will be stored strictly confidentially, in accordance with data privacy laws, and will not be shared with any external parties outside of members of our research group. You can withdraw at any time by emailing us at painlab-study@eng.cam.ac.uk, and we will delete all your information if you wish.
