Exhibitor Agreement
As a Not-for-Profit Exhibitor, you agree to not sell any products or services. You may offer memberships though. A six foot table and 2 chairs will be provided in a 10 foot space. Oversized display materials must be approved. Free entry to the event is included for up to 4 volunteers staffing your table. Your booth must be staffed and available to the public from 10am to 3pm. You must carry personal liability insurance for your group and volunteers and provide details below.
