Pre-SHOPPE & SHOPPE VENDING/EXHIBITION Acceptance is based on creativity, quality, and originality of merchandise. Items outside said classifications are subject to discretion of the selection committee. Preference is given to
applications based on the order in which they are received. The number of exhibitors in each category is carefully taken into consideration. Requests from property hosts will take priority over ALL.

Applications are due, completed in full by October 1, 2019. Vendor cancellations after October 15, 2019,
will not be eligible for a refund; space will be reassigned without obligations or refunds to the

Single (6'x30"): $200
Double (12'x30"): $375
No refunds will be issued in the event of inclement weather, natural disaster or circumstances deemed worthy
of cancellation by the festival committee.
