April 15 Anchored Blessings Menu
Hey friends! Welcome to another week in the kitchen of Anchored Blessings.  This week we have a full menu of delicious noms for you and your family!  We are definitely ready to help you spend less time in the kitchen this week!  

Whether you're a new customer or a seasoned Blessing veteran, you should know that all items prepared in the Anchored Blessings' kitchen are either frozen or ready to be frozen.  Our meals are intended for your oven, slow cooker or even your grill.  But no matter the method, all come with prayers for those who will be receiving them.  We always include a "Please, Lord, let my kids eat this!" prayer already prayed over it!  

Orders placed by SUNDAY April 15 by 8 pm will be prepared and ready for pick up Thursday-Sunday, April 19-22.  If you miss the deadline, have no fear as we generally do work extras into our preparations so there will likely be inventory available for purchase.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:  The first image shown will be for the FULL-sized entree with a quantity bar beneath that.  The next selection with the same title but NO PHOTO will be for a HALF size of the same entree. Please be careful when making your selections. Not all items are always available for full and half sizes, obviously.

PICK UP: Make your selections and then choose which day you wish to pick up. Next, you pick your time frame.  Lastly, you can select "porch pick up" and your order will be placed in the cooler out front in a bag labeled with your name. Please be sure to only take the orders labeled for you as others may be picking up along the same time frame. Simply grab your bag and leave payment in the envelope. Grab and run. Talk about fast food!

Still, if that doesn't work for your availability, like always, please simply choose "other" and fill in the information on the "Comments" section.  We will certainly do our best to accommodate your schedule, but will contact you if your request may need to be modified.

Be sure to go through all screens and click "SUBMIT"  in order to process your order.  

PAYMENT:  Payment will be cash or check made payable to Joanna Rowell.  Entrees are $25 each and should easily serve a family of 4-5 (usually even more!)  Half orders are $15 each.

Most of you know I'm from the deep south and "boils" are a regular! I've figured out how to bring those to you without heating up your kitchen! These packets pop on the grill. Shrimp, smoked sausage, potatoes, onions and corn with a non spicy cajun seasoning. I can't wait for these!!! Nothing else needed!

Chunks of tender chicken breast and bowtie pasta covered in a creamy, garlic-infused, homemade Parmesan sauce. Sun-dried tomatoes give a the little punch of color and an enhanced flavor to knock this dish right over the top!  Serve with a Caesar salad and some crispy garlic bread, pour a glass of wine because -- dinner is DONE!  So, kick back and enjoy your evening!  Salut!

You know, there are some dishes that... no matter how ridiculously delicious they are... they're just not a pretty presentation. This... is one of those. However, they're so crazy good, you won't even care! Flour tortillas filled with creamy shredded seasoned chicken and green chilies topped with an even creamier sour cream infused sauce. That is then covered in a layer of ooey gooey melty shredded cheese. Serve this with a side of Spanish rice and maybe a hefty bowl of slow cooker charro beans. Man I really shouldn't write when I'm hungry! Geez I'm not sure I can wait until these are ready! Yowza!

Skip delivery... you've got your own personal Italian pocket of heaven... Heat up a side of your favorite dipping sauce.  They're so good, we won't blame you if you hide on a stool in the pantry to devour yours so that you can eat without sharing.

Rosemary Lemon Grilled Chicken {Full $25}
Chicken breasts are marinaded in a multi layered sauce with a hint of lemon, a hint of garlic... a little rosemary.... Simply thaw and pop these on your grill.  A lighter menu item for those carb watchers.  I'd think these would be delicious with some garlic and Parmesan roasted new potatoes or even some fresh veggie kabobs.
