Publications include not only papers, but also presentations for conferences or educational purposes.

3 Changes
The AGAIN dataset administrators reserve the right to change this agreement and the licencing of the dataset at any time; users will be informed about changes beforehand and given the choice to opt out of the new agreement. Opting out will render the previous agreements void (and thus the user will lose their right to use the dataset).

4 Warranty
The dataset comes without any warranty, the AGAIN dataset administrators can not be held
accountable for any damage (physical, financial or otherwise) caused by the use of the database

5 Privacy Policy
Your personal information submitted below will be accessible to those staff members of the Institute of Digital Games, University of Malta who are responsible for managing the AGAIN dataset. Your email address may be used to communicate updates about the AGAIN dataset in the future. In line with the regulations laid out in General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union, you may withdraw your personal information at any time by sending an email to the officer in charge of the dataset, Dr David Melhart  <david.melhart@um.edu.mt> and/or to the Institute of Digital Games, University of Malta <digitalgames@um.edu.mt>. You may also request to access your personal data held by us; to request its correction if it is inaccurate; where applicable, to request the erasure of such personal data; and the right to data portability.
