Porter County CTE Enrollment Form 2026-2027
Enrollment form for all countywide CTE programs-- Priority deadline is Feb. 6, 2026 for new applicants and Dec. 5, 2025 for potential second-year returning students. If you change your mind after submitting an application, talk to your school counselor and email CTECounselor@valpo.k12.in.us with your revised request. Expect a CTE class to be an in-person class. Please use correct grammar and spelling. Capitalize the first letter only of your name, street name, city, state, and other proper nouns.  Failure to complete the form thoroughly could result in a delay of acceptance into a program. Please note that programs with multiple locations will not be listed separately on the application. Instead, all locations are grouped under the same program name. Students will be assigned to a specific program location based on their home school. Check over your work.  If you complete the application successfully, you will receive an email showing the information you have entered.
