If your organization would like to request a non-Monday performance, please complete the following application. Note that we generally require compensation for our non-Monday performance. Contributions for non-Monday performances go to Peninsula Pan, Inc., our umbrella organization, which is devoted to the support of steel drum orchestras and other charitable purposes. Suggested compensation $1,800.

We typically ask for a sponsorship donation for additional community performances. The suggested sponsored performance donation is $1,800, and that amount is tax-deductible and goes to support our ongoing operational expenses. You would be welcome to fundraise at the event to recover some or all of that donation amount, and you would be welcome to join with another organization to co-host the event and share the cost.
The Fine Print
As the sponsoring organization, you are responsible for all advertising, promotion, and site arrangements (including crowd control). You must also provide an electrical hook-up, a level area for us to set up our tent and parking space for our vehicles. For performances outside of the Blue Hill, Maine area, you will be expected to pay all travel expenses.

Please note we are not able to honor date-specific requests for the Monday street dances.

We require

• a set up area of minimum 40 feet wide by 20 feet deep.
• an electrical hook up for our PA system and lighting.
• access to site for band members to deliver instruments.
