This application is open to all Williamson County students grades 9-12. Below are the requirements and important information you should know before completing the application.

Requirements and Important Information
  • Student Representatives should reside within Williamson County, TN or currently attend a public or private high school or homeschool program in Williamson County.
  • The term will run from July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026. 
  • Former representatives must reapply each year.
  • Wilco Iris holds one Student Leadership Council meeting and one in-person social event per month. Student Representatives must attend Council meetings and are expected to attend a minimum of two socials per semester.
  • Student Representatives are primarily responsible for serving as their school liaison and helping spread the word about Wilco Iris to their peers, GSAs and other community members.
  • If chosen to be a Student Representative, students must provide Wilco Iris with a parental permission slip allowing for communication within the organization and its adult officers.
  • Student Representatives may be featured on our social media/website/press/marketing and will be asked to sign a media release.
  • All information submitted on the application will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the student selection process.
