NCROC Rental House Lodging Request
Overnight lodging is available year-round in dorm-style rooms. NCROC has two single-family homes available. The cost is $40 per person per night (subject to change). The South house has a single kitchen, laundry room, two living rooms, and two bathrooms. The North House has two kitchens, a laundry room, two living rooms, and two bathrooms.

RULES & GUIDELINES FOR GUESTS OF THE NORTH CENTRAL RESEARCH & OUTREACH CENTER

While you are here:

  • Occupants will supply their own bedding, towels, toilet paper. Unless other arrangements were prearranged

  • Housekeeping services are not provided, occupants are responsible for routine daily cleaning and upkeep of the home.

  • The homes have shared kitchens, dishes must always be washed and put away, the fridge must be kept clean, and all food containers are covered in the fridge.

  • Garbage is to be taken out on a regular basis, garbage must be bagged and put in the dumpster located northwest of the shop. 

  • Respect others staying in the home. Quiet time is 11:00 p.m.

  • Conserve energy. Please keep thermostats at a reasonable level and keep windows and doors closed during the heating season.

Before you leave:

  • All windows must be closed, lights turned off, and thermostats set to 55 degrees.

  • Keys should be turned into the lockbox attached to the house, if unable to access the lock box keys should be turned into the administration building.

  • If NCROC linens were used, they should be washed by the occupant prior to leaving the home (washing machine is located in the South House).

  • Upon departure occupant is responsible to clean their space and restore it to its rentable condition, remove food from fridge vacuum, sweep etc. (cleaning supplies, vacuum, broom is located in each home)

  • On your last day remove all food and garbage

GENERAL

  • ALCOHOL IS NOT PERMITTED ON UNIVERSITY PROPERTY 

  • NCROC is a smoke and tobacco free campus (Traditional Native American cultural and spiritual events are excluded)

  • No pets allowed.

  • Do not put nails or tacks in the walls. Abnormal breakage or damage will be assessed against individuals or programs involved.

  • $35 minimum lost key replacement charge.
