Thank you for responding.  This form is a new way for WCI members to submit their volunteer hours and donations each month. This form is meant to be filled out after each volunteer opportunity. You do not have to wait until the end of the month; you can use it every time you volunteer (or donate). Or submit your hours monthly. Whatever works best for you.
