Thank you for submitting your application to present a panel for Chattanooga Comic Con. All submissions will be reviewed. If your panel is chosen, you will receive a confirmation by email of your approved panel with further instructions.
Other important notes:
- The approved panelist(s) will be provided 1 weekend pass to Chattanooga Comic Con, October 26th-27th.
- We will have 4 different panels: Panel A (celebrities), Panel B (Creator Space), Panel C (Maker Space), and Panel D (Sensory Space).
- All panels will be 50 min in length, unless otherwise noted. Please make sure your panel does not exceed the time allotted.
- Panelists should be ready to set up immediately after the panel before them ends.
- Audio equipment (microphones and projector hook ups) will be provided to you, with the exception of the Sensory Space.
- Panels should be engaging, fun, and entertaining.
- The Chattanooga Comic Con official photography and videography team may film and/or take photos during your panel. If you do not want any recording or photos at your panel, please let the panel coordinator know at the start of your panel.
- Panels should be welcoming to any age. Some NSFW panels may be considered.
- A schedule will be provided to each panelist no later than 2 weeks before the con.
- IF AT ANY TIME YOU NO LONGER CAN PRESENT, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE C3 TEAM ASAP. A "NO-SHOW" MAY RESULT IN YOU NOT BEING ABLE TO PRESENT AT FUTURE SHOWS.
