Please submit one form as either a Leader or a Follower. Couples must each complete individual registration forms and include their partner’s name. This form must be completed in full. Incomplete submissions may delay processing.

After submitting the Registration Form, we will review your application and, if accepted, send you an invitation email with all the details needed to complete your registration and secure your spot.  

Note: Your email address will be automatically collected when you submit this form.  

Payment Information
Payment details will be sent via email upon registration acceptance.
Your registration is confirmed only after payment has been received. 

Refund Policy
Refunds are available until January 15, 2026, minus a $50 administration fee. No refunds will be issued after this date. If one partner of a registered couple cancels, the other will be placed on the waitlist.

Photo & Video Consent
By submitting this registration form, you consent to appear in any photographs or videos that may be used by Encuentro Milonguero Vancouver on websites or social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

I have read and agree to comply with the Códigos of the Encuentro. Failure to do so may result in immediate expulsion at the organizer’s discretion.

I acknowledge that event details may change, at the organizers’ sole discretion, in response to public health developments, local mandates, or other unforeseen circumstances prior to or during the event.

I agree to hold the organizers of the Encuentro Milonguero Event in Vancouver, BC, Canada (including Vancouver Milongueros, St. James Community Center, and Perez Center, collectively referred to as “Organizers”) harmless from and waive any and all claims against them.
This includes any cause of action, demand, damage, cost, expense, or loss to myself (and my partner, if applicable) or to property, arising from any act or omission in connection with services provided by the Organizers.

This liability waiver and release extends to the Organizers and all their partners, vendors, volunteers, and employees, as well as the staff, owners, and employees of the venues.
