Registration: Mindful Meditation with Art (Spring 2024, virtual)
The Allen Memorial Art Museum partners with Libni López to present Mindful Meditation with art. Focusing on a work from the Allen's collection, Libni López, local clinical therapist with Authentically You Therapy, will lead sessions of intentional mindfulness centered around a work of art from the Allen’s collection followed by a discussion facilitated by Ellis Lane, Curatorial Assistant in the Education Department. 

The sessions are free, open to anyone, and do not require any prior experience.

Apr 25: Jiha Moon (Korean, b. 1973), Nahan’s Forty Winks, 2007.
